How do I begin?
Simply sign up using the “Get Started” button, and you will be redirected to our Book A Demo screen. We require a few details about your operation in order to get you going. Once you have completed the registration process, you will be able to start adding members and aircraft to your club.
How easy is it to set up and integrate PreFlight?
PreFlight is designed for seamless integration. Our setup process is straightforward, with dedicated “white glove” support to ensure a smooth transition. You can easily sync with QuickBooks and, in most cases, transfer over all historical data.
How much time does it take to setup?
The initial club registration can be done in as little as 15 minutes. Once you have completed this, however, the process of adding the members and aircraft to your club will take a little longer.
We will assist you in the process should you wish. Which will speed up the process and save you from using staff resources to migrate the data.
Billing
How do I make Club Fee payments?
Simply sign up using the “Get Started” button, and you will be redirected to our Book A Demo screen. We require a few details about your operation in order to get you going. Once you have completed the registration process, you will be able to start adding members and aircraft to your club.
How does PreFlight handle transactions?
PreFlight supports multiple payment options, including credit card, ACH, and checks. Our system ensures quick and secure transactions with automatic processing and split payouts. We also integrate seamlessly with QuickBooks for efficient financial management.
Can I extend my FREE trial if I need more time?
Absolutley! We understand that you may need more time to test out the app and we would be happy to help. Simply give us a call and we can extend your trial for you. There is no way to extend your trial from within the app, but we make supporting you our top priority – so you will not struggle to get hold of us.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We make it very easy to cancel your subscription with PreFlight. Simply go to the club settings and click on the “Cancel Subscription” button. You will be prompted to confirm your cancellation. You will be able to continue using PreFlight until the end of your current billing period.
If you cancel within the first 60 days of your subscription, you will receive a full refund. If you want to cancel after the first 60 days, give us a call, and we can see what we can work out! Ultimately, we want you to be happy with your subscription, and we will do our best to make sure you are.

How are lesson scheduling and notifications handled?
PreFlight’s scheduling system allows for easy lesson planning and management. Instructors and students receive automated notifications about upcoming lessons, changes, and cancellations, ensuring everyone stays informed and organized. The system also tracks individual hours spent on each lesson for detailed progress monitoring.

Can I export my data to CSV?
Yes! Each report page has a “Export” button that will allow you to export the data as a CSV file. You can then open the file in Excel or any other spreadsheet software.
Is there a limit to the number of Aircraft/Instructors?
Can I integrate my QuickBooks account?
Yes! We have a full, bidirectional integration with QuickBooks Online.
Scheduling
Can I manage the schedule on a mobile device?
Yes, you can either use our native mobile apps for iOS or Android, or you can use the mobile version of our website. The mobile version of the website is optimised for mobile devices and will work on any device with a modern web browser.
Can instructors manage their schedules and availability?
Absolutely. Instructors can easily designate regular or temporary time off, set “By Request Only” periods, and manage pending bookings directly from their schedule. This flexibility helps ensure a balanced and efficient schedule.
How can I prevent double bookings and conflicts?
