Your journey begins with a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) who will be your guide throughout onboarding. In this initial meeting, we’ll review objectives and gather essential information to customize your setup, covering:

  • Integration needs (e.g., QuickBooks)
  • Target go-live date
  • Key contacts and scheduling preferences
  • Unique operational needs and workflows

Data & System Setup

Before diving into configuration, we ensure all necessary data is transferred securely and accurately. Our team helps you:

  • Import aircraft, instructor profiles, and maintenance records, and more
  • Configure user roles, reservation types, resources, and rates
  • Set up billing and financial tools, including QuickBooks integration

Training

We provide in-depth training tailored to your team’s needs, covering everything from scheduling to maintenance and billing. Training covers:

  • Scheduling tools, resource management, and automated notifications
  • Custom lesson design and student tracking in the LMS
  • Billing and financial reporting, including QuickBooks sync

Pre-Launch Review

A few days before launch, we conduct a final review to confirm that all systems are fully operational and data is integrated correctly. This includes:
